Logging into Webmail

Option 1: Direct webmail login

Open your browser and go to:

https://yourdomain.com/webmail

or:

https://yourdomain.com:2096

Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain.

Enter:

• Email address: your full email address (for example, name@yourdomain.com)
• Password: the password for that email account

Option 2: Through cPanel

1. Log into cPanel:

    

   https://yourdomain.com:2083

    
2. Go to Email Accounts
3. Find your email address
4. Click Check Email (or Access Webmail)
5. Choose a webmail app such as Roundcube

If you can’t log in

Common causes:

• Using your cPanel password instead of the email account password (they are often different).
• The email account password has changed.
• The email account does not exist in cPanel.
• Your domain’s mail settings (DNS/MX records) are pointing somewhere else.
